As the New Year approaches, it was time for me to change my template. I went to school to get my projects done. It was such a drag to get it done. Hate it.
Anyway, Debbie made a very good point today during project discussion time. She said words like ‘retarded’ is so commonly use as an expression that it loses it true meaning. When people mention the word retarded, our usual reaction is to just laugh it off. A retarded person is someone whom needs our empathy. As the word is so often used as a expression, it just does not occur to us that these people are unlike us. This is just some food for thought. =)
I just realized that there are a lot of New Year eve parties around. I think I will meet up with aly and they rest. Time to have fun =) I was supposed to meet the clique but as usual they are not free.
Anyway, I was talking to jeanie. She always managed to make a step back and look at my life. Talking to her I can just be myself and truly myself. She has been always there for me since I was sec 1. Somehow she never leaves me. She knows when the right time to talk to me is. She knows me inside out.
Every time when I am feeling down, I would either receive a call or a message from her. She is definitely someone send from God. Thanks jeanie. I am glad I have you =)
